When you report an issue, you will receive a quick response directly from the service. If you make a complaint, it can take up to 10 working days to get a response as it will require investigation.

If your issue can't be resolved by our forms, then you will need to submit a complaint. 

If you make a complaint, it will take up to 10 working days to investigate and respond. If a response will take longer, you will be told when a reply will take more than 10 working days and given a date to expect a reply.

Please only make a complaint where the issue is persistent and has not been resolved.
