The four-bedroom property known as “The Lime” showcases the exceptional standard of design and sustainability that residents can expect from this pioneering housing development.
The development includes two, three and four-bedroom properties, 20 of which will be affordable, including six bungalows. Four affordable homes will be shared ownership with the rest being for rent. The Elm Grove housing development is a collaboration between North Somerset Council, Stonewood Homes, Homes England and One Public Estate and all four organisations came together to celebrate the show home launch.

The Elm Grove scheme was initiated by North Somerset Council as part of its Development Programme, which uses council-owned land to provide better quality and more sustainable developments to meet the needs of North Somerset communities.
Stonewood Homes were appointed as the development partner following a competitive procurement process. The scheme reflects the council's commitment to creating better quality, more sustainable developments to meet the needs of North Somerset communities.
Funding to support delivery was provided by Homes England and through the One Public Estate Land Release Programme.
