The works will be carried out by Green Frog Utilities (GFU) and will begin in Searle Crescent, continuing round and up Warne Road.
The first stage of the extensive works will begin on Monday 13 June and will continue until 13 July 2022. The works will include a one way system, lane closures and temporary traffic lights to manage access around the area.
Further works will be required but these will not take place until after the summer holidays in order to minimise disruption. Further dates will need to be agreed with North Somerset Council.
Whilst full access will be maintained the scheme is expected to cause some disruption around Warne Road and Searle Crescent.
Cllr Steve Hogg, North Somerset Council's executive member with responsibility for highways said: "This is a busy area of Weston and these works are likely to be disruptive to people working and visiting the wide range of businesses located in this vicinity.
"We have been working with Green Frog Utilities to do what we can to minimise hold ups but would urge people to be patient while the scheme is completed."
