Selling to us
All our contract opportunities under £160,000 (excluding VAT) will be dealt with by the specific service areas. They can invite a minimum of three organisations to submit a quote.
We do not hold any official approved supplier lists. If you are looking to bid for lower value opportunities, we suggest contacting the relevant departments undertaking the work you are interested in. You can use our enquiry form to contact us.

Contract standing orders
Our procurement procedures depend on the estimated value of the contract:
- up to £24,999 - request for quotation is not required. Direct award is permissible
- £25,000 to £159,999 - request for quotation. Invite three quotes (goods/services)
- £160,000 plus - open tender. Find a tender service if over threshold (goods/services)
- £160,000 to £999,999 - request for quotation. Invite three quotes (works)
- £1,000,000 plus - open tender. Find a tender service if over threshold (works)
