Adult Social Care practice framework

We have developed a Practice Framework to guide and support our Social Workers, Occupational therapists and Adult Social Care Workers. 

This will be used whenever we work alongside people and their families who draw on our support. The Practice Framework sets out the values and key approaches our practitioners are expected to follow.
