Our cemeteries

Dignity Funerals are responsible for burials, cremations, and memorials on our behalf.

Our cemeteries have Church of England consecrated (blessed as sacred) and unconsecrated areas where plots are available.

A closed churchyard is a cemetery that has no more burial space. We are responsible for their maintenance.

You can report concerns or issues in closed churchyards and we will look into it for you, such as

• damaged paths, gates or other structures
• unstable memorials or headstones
• low hanging or damaged trees
• lack of grass cutting
