Mental health issues can sometimes affect your ability to live independently. If you are experiencing mental health issues, we work with our partners to ensure you have access to relevant information, advice and guidance.
If you need it, we may also be able to help arrange support with things such as
- eating and drinking
- keeping yourself clean
- going to the toilet
- being appropriately clothed
- keeping safe in your home
- keeping your home clean and tidy
- seeing your family and friends
- finding and attending work, training, education, or volunteering
- making use of necessary facilities or services in the local community including public transport, and recreational facilities or services
- carrying out any caring responsibilities you have for a child.
More information on how we can help is available in our dedicated care and support website section.
