Vision and values

At North Somerset Council, we want to build an environment where we provide excellent services to our community that also meets the visions and values we set out for our work. 

In order to support the council’s Corporate Plan and to continue to provide these services, we need to ensure we employ people who both

  • demonstrate our values and behaviours and;
  • are skilled, trained, motivated and supported to meet their needs.
