We are currently working with HM Land Registry to move our local land charges service to their central digital register.
When this process is complete, HM Land Registry will provide search results for LLC1 searches in the North Somerset area. North Somerset Council will still provide the Con29 and Optional questions searches.
We will provide an exact date for when this service will go live in due course.

Searches reveal legal restrictions or outstanding charges that might be attached to a property or land. This can include enforcement notices, planning issues, conservation areas and tree preservation orders.
Please include an ordnance survey plan with your application.
