The North Somerset Online Directory (NSOD) is an easy way of seeing what services offer support in the local area. You can search for services including:
Local services which offer specific support for children and young people with SEND are marked with a green banner and a star in the directory search.
You may find it useful to create an account on NSOD. This will let you create lists of the services which are important to you or manage your service information if you are a professional or service provider.
You can search the online directory using the search bar. You can search a keyword like ‘autism’ or ‘childcare’. If you enter your full postcode in the search bar you will get a list of services which are closest to your postcode.
To filter the results from your search, you can use the ‘filter results’ menu.
If you have found a service you think is useful, you can send it to yourself or somebody else through text or social media by using the 'share' button. If you have a printer, you can use the ‘print’ button to print a copy of the page.
The ‘my shortlist’ function lets you add services to a personal list so that you can come back and see them quickly. You can also print or email your shortlist to others.
